Multiple accounts owned by the same person are prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login information. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify yorzee53 immediately via the provided support channels.
Full name, valid email address, and other requested information during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
Use a strong password and never share your login details with anyone. yorzee53 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Yorzee53 users agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the platform:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or any transaction.
- Using someone else’s account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, cheating, or manipulation of the platform system.
- Using unauthorized automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Distributing content that is illegal, threatening, disruptive, or defamatory to others.
- Attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas of the platform or yorzee53’s technical systems.
Yorzee53 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate actions, including suspending or closing accounts.
Payment and Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the yorzee53 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for understanding the transaction value before confirming any deposit or bet.
Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be canceled unless specifically stated in our payment policy. Withdrawals are subject to account verification procedures and may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the chosen payment method.
Yorzee53 is not responsible for any additional fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers during transaction processing. Users are advised to review their payment provider’s terms before initiating transactions.
Any transactions suspected of involving money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Yorzee53 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any terms in this document.
- Confirmation that the user provided false information during registration.
- Activity suspected of fraud, cheating, or legal violations.
- Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- User-requested account closure.
In case of suspension due to investigations, the account balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If an account is closed at the user’s request with no unusual issues, eligible balances will be refunded using the same payment method originally used for deposits.
Limitation of Liability
Yorzee53 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses from betting decisions.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the yorzee53 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, are the exclusive property of yorzee53 or our licensors. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform content without prior written permission.
